Usual cause the power door locks utilize individual solenoids in each of the doors that activate the door lock mechanism. The reason the locks dont work more then likely there is a code stored in the bcm for a lock output circuit normally caused by one if not both of the sliding door acuators.

For a 10 relay gotta spend 500 1000 dollars to fix power door locks. I took the wire harness out and tested it and it works fine. Could be the issue or the relay it self is bad. Power door locks do not work.
